every store carry the same items?
The boutiques that carry K~Fleye has been hand selected to fit there needs. There for you will find a surprise
at each store.
Can
I replace a lost earring?
Although we create single earrings, original matching pairs are not available as a single some exceptions apply with
our 'Signature Earrings' as well as our Sankofa hoops.
If I lose one earring, can I return the other for repair and get a new pair?
Yes, only if you loose one of
your 'Signature Earrings' or your 'Sankofa hoop'. All other earrings are sold in pairs.
What is your return policy?
kfleye.com will accept items
for exchange or store credit, if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 14 business days from the
delivery date of your order. Exchanges will be made on the same item only and will be subject to shipping charges. Once your
return is processed, a store credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges
on return items.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our items are shipped in our
signature packaging with a bow and gift tag.
