When a visitor provides their e-mail address or asked to be placed on our general mailing list we retain all contact information.  This information is kept secure and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.  Our sole purpose is to keep you informed about your orders, questions and or communicate with you about K~FLEYE events, promotions, press, new products, etc.  You may opt-out  of recieving such e-mail/mail from us at any time.  Our visitors may also update their records with us at any time.  Send all removal/update request to info@kfleye.com.  Please include 'Remove' or 'Update' in the subject line.  Also, in the body of the message please include all information to be removed or updated.

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive them.  We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.  We offer the following shipping methods:

Shipping cost may vary depending on the weight & method of the shipment choosen.

All payments must be approved prior to shipping.  Payment information is kept secure and is not shared with third parties for any reason other than for payments.

Local sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order.

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than the actual size in order to represent the entire item.  Enhanced photos are also used to showcase & display details in each item.  If you have any questions concerning actual size of an item please contact info@kfleye.com.  Photographs, logos trademarks or any visual art work or media on this website may not be reproduced in any way without the expressed written consent of KELLEY MOSELEY for K~FLEYE LLC.  All violators will be prosecuted.

Although it is unlikely, if required by law, court order or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise advisable, we will disclose your information.

 We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do our best to correct it.

Unworn & non-damaged items are accepted for merchandise credit or exchange only if the item is returned in saleable condition,  returned within 7 days & accompanied  by the original sales receipt.  Postage is non-refundable.  A refund will be issused in form of merchandise credit or equal value exchange.  All sales are final.    Refund, credit or exchange will not be given on sale items or earrings.

We will not repair  items not originaly created by K~FLEYE. Additional cost may incure for unclaimed items. Repair charges may change without notice. Repairs make take from 2 to 6+ weeks depending on the repair. Repairs must be paid in full at the time of delivery. A non-refundable deposit may be required on most repairs. Shipping/delivery charges may apply.

Repairs on items created by K~FLEYE will be repaired free of charge if item is defective. Repairs due to normal daily wear or lost items are subject to replacement fees. K~FLEYE is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to misuse. Please always wear your earring backs and ensure closures are completely fastened.
